Ingredients
- 1-2 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
- 1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons of paprika
- 1 Cup of Barbecue Sauce (Sweet Baby Rays is my personal favorite)
- 1 Tsp of Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tsp of Salt
- 1 Tsp of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp of Ground Mustard
- Paper towels to dry Ribs
- Bowl for mixing
- Aluminum Foil (To Wrap Ribs while cooking)
- Drip pain or baking sheet to set the ribs on
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pat the Ribs dry with a paper towel and remove the silver skin membrane if needed.
- Place the brown sugar, paprika, ground mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper into a bowl. Mix it all together to make a the spice rub.
- Sprinkle the Rub you just made on to the Ribs, Making sure to coat the entire ribs with the spice rub. (Don’t forget underneath as well!)
- Wrap the Ribs in Aluminum Foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours. Once the meat is pulling away from the bone they are done!
- Carefully open the Aluminum Foil and spread the Barbecue Sauce on to the ribs
- OPTIONAL: Broil in the oven for an additional 4-5 minutes for a crispier top layer of skin on your ribs.
