Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 Green Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 Red Pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 Yellow Pepper, thinly sliced ( Walmart carries a three pack of peppers it can save a little money, instead of purchasing individually)
- 1 pound and 8 ounces of Chicken Breast Tenders cut into bite-sized pieces ( Big pack of Chicken Breast Tenders in the Meat department of Walmart is also a great choice for saving a few bucks)
- 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of Cumin
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Paprika
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
- 3/4 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh Cracked Pepper

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. Place 1 pound and 8 ounces of you chicken cut into bite-sized pieces, your onion, all three peppers (thinly sliced) in a single layer on a large baking sheet. (depending on your serving size you may need more then one baking sheet.)

Drizzle with your 3 tablespoons of Olive oil. Then Sprinkle with all of your seasonings, (chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, onion powder, and a couple of large pinches of Salt and Pepper. Toss and make sure your chicken and vegetables are coated evenly.

Bake for 10 Minutes. Then stir meat and veggies on the pan and bake for 5 more minutes.

Broil on high 2-3 Minutes just to get the edges of everything crispy and a little charred.
