Ingredients

  • 1-16oz package of sausage (i personally use Conecuh Sausage)
  • 1-16oz box of pasta (Rotini is my favorite for this dish)
  • 2 cups of Heavy Cream (One 16oz carton of Heavy Whipping Cream)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning (Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning is also a great alternative) (Please don’t actually slap anyone’s mama)
  • 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Garic Powder

Steps

Collect all necessary ingredients for your meal, such as vegetables, spices, proteins, and any special sauces or condiments. Ensure you have everything you need before starting.

Cook Pasta according to package directions, drain water and put aside. In a medium Skillet add the sausage slices over medium heat and all to sauté for about 5- 8 minutes, or until thorughly cooked. (Make sure if you’re using Conecuh Sausage to drain the grease from the pan)

Pour in the Heavy Cream and all the seasoning (save the Parmesan Cheese for the end) and stir to combine.

Reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for about 4 minutes, or until the sauce begins to thicken slightly. Remove the Sauce from the heat and stir in the Parmesan Cheese.

Add in the cooked Pasta and toss to coat thoroughly, Serve and Enjoy!
